Paraguay duplicate year entries [solved]

On Numista page (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/note201674.html) there are 2 entries each for Pick 223a and 223b which are years 2005 and 2008 as given in comments on second entries though year is incorrectly given as 2010 for both.

Another odd point is that Pick does not describe differences in serial numbers. 2010 is pictured on the Numista page and 2008 matches that placement. 2005 has horizontal serial number in top left corner and vertical on right side. I'll submit a scan for comment.
