Seems to be a short-lived "mint" (website available for registration) and quite doubtful entity to me...not sure they produce their own rounds rather than having them produced somewhere else and reselling these.
This entity would have been created about a dozen years ago by a retired chiropractor and it's based on the famous Dream mine's prophecy dating back to late 19th century.
Weird (remaining) social networks, gmail addresses, somewhat administered through yahoo discussion groups...until there are more info on this business having been legit or their own production, I will not add this one.
