Argentina signature update [solved]

After the initial load some corrections to it arose.
Direct access is attached where the signatures and the excel spreadsheet with the specifications are found

The changes are filtered in the first column "update" in YES.
There are two sheets, one for bank notes and one for bonds.
The change is marked in Red

Banknotes signatures have been updated, except:

• Felipe R. Murolo: Vice president 1991-1994 and President 1992-1994. Which one should be corrected/deleted as my guess is that he was not both at the same time?
  
• Javier Gonzalez Fraga: same case, Vice president 1989-1991 and President 1989-1991.
  

Or these titles were for separate entities at the same time?

I updated the rest.

All the information is in the excel file where there are two sheets that contain the information.
The file has the action to be taken in the first column and then the data such as Name, position in SP EN FR, Mandate date, Image name and period.
There are two sheets with bank notes and emergency bonds.
On the bank note sheet there is a modification of the order and three new signatures.
On the emergency bond sheet there are 24 new signatures

There are bonds for which we do not have documentation indicating ownership of the firm. Do not consider (lines 22 to 26)
I am going to ask you to publish the signatures that you have completed to update the bank notes.

The bond signatures are already published or there is a related allocation problem that are provincial bonds.
There are bonds that are provincial and others national. You can update the national ones perfectly.
Example without problem (LECOP Series):

Signature bonds are quite difficult to find. 

There is not much documentation that supports the signature and his name and surname.
