Absolutely! This site is run by volunteers. That means that the people who process requests do this in their own time, in which they could have been relaxing with friends, or reading a book, or doing something way more important than maintaining this website.
The 21st of August is two weeks ago. There is no need to create a separate topic in a different part of the forum to complain about a request that hasn’t been processed yet. You can add a message to the original post in which you requested the change, but stop littering the forum with complaints about the processing times.
Patience is a virtue but there are 15 threads for adding printers, dating back to May when this feature was added, and none have been dealt with. At some stage, one has to accept that there's a problem and try and find out what's going on. It seems to me that no one has been assigned the task of processing these requests, which is why they are building up. I'm a volunteer like everyone else (although I appreciate there are some who are paying for Numista Premium) but it makes sense to point out when things aren't working.

I did not vote down this request but I have to agree with smvdbrink. Near as I can tell, the idea being suggested to improve Numista is that the catalog administrators should be working harder and faster. I don't think saying that the requested changes should be done ASAP is appropriate or polite.
On the other hand, Printer Requests have been largely ignored so far. Of the 12 printer requests submitted i total (dating back to 28-May-2021) all 12 are still open. I can understand the frustration some members are having with this.
I also find it strange that not a single printer request has been processed since the feature's implementation.
It could very well be that the administrators were not granted the rights to process these types of requests (meaning this thread could serve as a reminder to do so). But if that is not actually the case, I guess we can only wait...
