unknown coin, possibly from Myanmar [solved]

I'm really struggling to identify this coin. I believe the text in the star is Burmese but in all honesty I'm not even sure if the pictures are the right way up. It is about 22mm, made of copper or similar. Still has some shine in places so I doubt it's particularly old. It's possibly it's exonumia and not actually currency.
