Hello all!

I am currently looking to work towards finishing one of my main collections of a coin from each year of each nation of WW2.

Right now I am trying to figure out the British colonies that had mintages during the war.

British West Africa
East Africa
Ceylon
Palestine
Malaya
Hong Kong
Fiji
Cprus
Mauritius
Southern Rhodesia

Who am I missing?

My complete list so far
Here's a few more:

British Guyana
British Honduras
Guernsey
Jamaica
New Guinea
North Borneo
Sarawak (although the 1941 issue is very rare)
Seychelles

You can also search the catalog for the years 1939-1945.
Master Coin Referee
Coin referee for CRI, GTM, HND, NIC, PAN, and SLV.

Revisor principal de monedas
Revisor de Numista para monedas de CRI, GTM, HND, NIC, PAN y SLV.

Slava Ukraini and Free Palestine!
Awesome thanks!

I will add some of them, some had very little participation, some have only sliver coins that always price me out, Guernsey only has a '45
so I might add it in if I stumble upon it...
If you miss WWII coins from Serbia, I will be glad to send you one set as a gift.

There are four coins made of zinc, three from 1942. and one from 1943.
All I need for my collection is the Croatia 1 kuna, I have the 2 kuna but the one is elusive

I would very much appreciate!

Could I get 1 42 and the 43?

If you are interested I do have a 42 5 cent and a few war era pennies from Canada.

1 kuna was never a circulating coin and, if real, is very expensive. Even restrikes fetch high value.
I collect and deal in ancient Roman coin. In case you're looking for affordable ancient coins or need any help with the coins you already have send me a message.
I know cro it was a pattern and is extremely expensive

You're welcome. I'm glad you like them.
Hi all,
You are missing Mongolia and Tannu Tuva. Both states fought in WWII on a USSR side and issued coins. They are quite scarce and hard to get though!
Several Indian states had war issues as well. In my collection I have some WWII issues from Gwalior, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Mewar and Travancore, though it is not sure if my ND Travancore 1 cash coin was struck during the war.
Also interesting is the war coinage from Syria, The Lebanon and the Japanese issues for occupied China (listed under China, Japanese puppet states).
Lesser known are the 1940-1941 5 and 10 pfennig German military issues (reichskreditkassen), they are listed on Numista but they are a bit hard to find there. The Numista pages say they were only used in occupied territories, the money museum (see link) sais something different.

This Numista page is interesting as well:

Besides coins I love geometry. The avatar consists of each of the 35 hexominoes used precisely once. With the 5 large yellow shapes placed like this, the solution for tiling the remaining 30 hexominoes is unique.
