Can anybody please help to identify this coin?

I got this coin a few years ago at an auction in a lot, but I have no idea of what country, period, value, etc.
These are the best pictures I could get, the coin is very small (about 1/4 of a penny) and encapsulated.

Is it silver? If so it looks like one of these two, maybe:

Try measuring the diameter to see which one, but it is so corroded it might be even smaller than it used to be.
Thanks very much, they look very much alike.
Kinda what he said but im thinking more roman, horse haslegs diff like roman.
Thanks, any suggestion of what year, region, etc. should i look for? There are way too many Roman coins.
