For further request of this type, it is not necessary to check thebox "Request to modify a coin..." as you are submitting the request from your end. You may just post a regular forum thread.

The option "Request to modify a coin..." should rather be checked when you cannot act on a request submission and need the help of a referee or an admin. For instance when years line are locked and you cannot add a year.

​Well done and thanks, if more people would put more effort into documenting, all the collectors of Numista, would be much wiser and knowledgeable, not to mention that Numista would be more precise.

​That's why we need more graphic designers to document the coin varieties of any countries. I use Source Sans typeface in the most parts of my coin variety documents. I will do that on some banknotes if I can. Thank you.

I use powerpoint and save in jpg format, example

I'm still using the same layout.... but I have learned how to take the back-ground away the coin images with Photoscape (or "remove background" from the web). The macro images I do with MS office picture manager, if my coin image has a high enoug resolution, otherwise, if the coin in question is my own, I use my Leuchtturm micrscope.

​The photo you can see below is my improved example of differentiating coin images. Actually, I use Canva for making this representation and also using more modern typefaces for writing representation to avoid the overuse. We can use typefaces as if we are comfortable with that.
