What does it mean

"In order to avoid abuses of Numista's messaging system, you aren't allowed to contact more than 20 people a day."
Now I have 2 days when I want to send letter I see this letter - r there any problem in my acount or I make something wrong.

I don't quite understand. I can see your post. I think it means Private Messages.

I've had the same problem with PM being blocked because of excessive use. I think that feature is possibly a bit bugged

Now the problem is back

The thing is, I haven't sent a single message today, only 3 yesterday and one the day before that.

Even counting forum posts I don't reach the 10 messages per day limit, so it is clearly very bugged.
This is extra frustrating with people awaiting my answer
