I have seen similar on this forum a few months ago.
I do remember this Algerian token - which is NOT yours -
but is a little like it - with two lines across one side and none the other ...

Hi, Zac is totally right,
this token is... a crude copy of a token !
This kind of object was made to be used as decorative item on Belly Dancer's suits.
Not a real copy of the token (the lettering is unreadable, it's just fantasy graphics), only a decorative object...
