How to become referee for Morocco?

Hello,

I noticed that Morocco still has no referee on coin catalog.
I would like to apply to be a referee.
Is there a specific procedure? Or I should simply write to Xavier?

In the meantime, please check some useful links here and you may want to familiarise yourself with the catalogue guidelines. Note that referees should have a reasonable amount of contributions, so you may want to consider editing and improving the catalogue a bit more to get more experience with the process.
