Merge Yugoslav 10 and 100 dinara?

This message aims at: requesting the modification of a banknote in the catalogue

For the series of Hard Dinar (1965-1981) Yugoslav notes as from pick#80 the two pick-numbers per value have been merged except for the 10 and 100 dinara. Even after long staring I do not see any obvious design difference (except placement of the date), so can both these also be merged? Or otherwise point out the differences I'm missing

From what I see, besides dating, the difference lies in different signature texts and different placement of date..
