What should I do?

Please advise what I should do in the following circumstances.

1. Both me and my swap partner sent our coins. Both agreed it as normal post to save some money. I got his coins but he did not get mine. Should i resend again? is it fair since it was not my fault the coins were lost.

2.  Both me and my swap partner sent our coins. He got my coins. I still have not got his coins even though it is by registered post with tracking no. But i could not track using that no as it is never entered in system i believe. it was from Tunisia. He keeps saying please wait it will arrive. but off late he has stopped answering me. He seems genuine guy with fair amount of good ratings here.

Give it time - if nothing else you will have some insurance. If I'm sending to a trusted country I will just send in registered as it's cheaper, and I make sure it's well wrapped, but Royal Mail also insure standard letter up to around £35 iirc
I found myself in a similar situation. My swapping partner offered to 'go Dutch' on the lost package, by resending me a new package, with coins for half the value of the original one. That would make us share the loss evenly.

In the end, the original package did turn up (many weeks later, returned to sender), so we did not have to put this scenario into effect.

It depends on how well you trust eachother whether 'going Dutch' works out for you. In our case it would have.
Hola:
Saludos.

This guy  houdxxxx not only swindled me he also swindled another person. Just look at his profile page and you will see feedback. I think he is playing trick like swapping true for a few cheap swaps and getting a fe 5 star ratings and when good swap comes he cheats i think.  People give him benefit of doubt. This is bad.

I nearly swapped with this guy he initially turned the swap down, then I messaged him and he re opened it I assume this is to get me hooked, I then checked his swaps and looked at the swappers profiles all no posts and only swapping with the same people I didn't bother after reading this "/
For me simple rule,
a member whose don't have 10 positive feedback send his coins first !
I will send after received the coins.
if he not agree, I will canceled swap, because it's so much other people on numista for make a swap   ;)
Can we not get the site authors to block and remove him from this place?  it is very annoying that he continues to cheat many. I lost about 15-20 coins to him including some high value (monetary) coins. Some one can please inform Xavier to stop this guy and i can support you all with my case. On top this guy gave be zero rating saying he did not get my coins. I am very sure he got them.

I also have nearly fell in the trap of another guy called  leo25xxxxx.  This guy accepted to swap. but he said he has all my coins and asked if i have bills. I offered one 5$, 2$, 20Bhat and 1Ringgit bills for his 20 coins. he further asked if i can add 10 picture post cards. I got annoyed, but still agreed and found some post cards for him. But i was a bit suspicious and told him that he should send by registered post and only after seeing the tracking no i will post mine. He dropped off all communications after that. I feel this guy is another one we should be careful.

I think the under 10 rule is a bit harsh, I have less than 10 but all my swaps have been with trusted members so should coin for something ? I can however understand it with un-trusted swaps and 0 feedback !

Hello,

I can see where you think this is harsh but after being scammed on another site I implemeted the same thing. I changed it to a better rule. The person who contacts first, sends first. I only use this rule if they have low or no ratings.

Regards
i see your angle but someone like me who has made round 400 posts in about 3 months and has had like 8 swaps all with well known members 2 in the USA, 2 in France, 1 in Italy and 3 in the UK and another 2 foreign swaps sent would you send me away ? lol
Most scammers rarely post BUT it is the one's that do. Mark has posted 400 posts of rubbish...so we know we can trust him!
No...maybe 400 is harsh...but he is very trustworthy.
Hey ! It's 520 now by the way B) it's not rubbish but a learning curve ha !
