Hello, i could really use some help identifying this coin.
The diameter is 15mm.

I think of places like Savoy, Teutonic Order and Malta for cross-on-shield like this, but did not see any obvious match in our catalog. I'm sure there are other places. Are able to see (or guess) what is in the center of the other side?

Can you see any of the legends with the coin in hand? From the photos we can see a few letters here and there. On shield side it looks like GL to start the legend, maybe IX around 7:00 and an E a few letters after
With a cross like that it should be from the Archbishopric of Cologne. But which coin exactly im not sure.

and from the left bottom EXCE and then an L or D

on the other side on the bottom maybe a cross and across the left from the bottom to the top maybe REBVR T B
Found it almost, my mistake not Cologne but Freiburg

The other side I have got FRIBVR BRI so far, for Freiburg im Breisgau ...

Not sure of rotation or others letters yet.
Though maybe that third image is correct rotation, with raven head feathers hanging down.
Yes, I have seen a 2 Kreuzer coin, 17.1mm diameter, and it has that orientation,
plus the head divided the denomination, with 2 on the left, and K on the right.
It also has the date (1723) on top left.

Possibly this, though with no pictures ...

and the head is in a circle not oval - so may not be it.

Yes, I see 1712 now ...

Diameter 15mm like you say, so I guess your 1 Kreuzer is that size.
Still not yet sure of missing letters. Still looking ...

This has both sides with a beaded circle surrounding central image ...

The raven's head is a local 'emblem' of Freiburg im Breisgau, in Germany.
Silver mines discovered in Mount Schauinsland, near Freiburg im Breisgau,
made it one of the richest cities in Europe. Until the silver was exterminated.
A numeral 1 is at 12 o'clock. This is connected with the K located at 6 o'clock.
In other words, the denomination of 1 K[reuzer] is spliced into the legends.
Reverse: At center is Christian Cross in shield.
