Hi,

In the calendar option, can we add "Latin numerals" ?
For some tokens, the date is in Latin format and is put on the page as normal digits.
My idea is we can put directly the Latin form "MMXXII" and it will be automatically convert to MMXXII (2022), this would be much more user-friendly than how it is now, example.

Why would this be more user-friendly then the way it is now putting it in the year line comments.? We also don't add Arabic, Chinese, Thai, Hebrew or any other script that most people can't read anyway in the year field.
