Need to merge Hungary 200 forint?

Can anybody tell me the difference between these Hungarian 200 forint notes?

1998 / P# 178

2001-2007 / P# 187

I have them both and can find no differences (except year and signatures), so I'm assuming the pages need to be merged.
Unless someone with more info can add the details of the differences ...

Often it's a change in security features but the only visible difference I see (other then the already mentioned) is that the printing of the portrait and everything on the same plate is a bit offset to the left. Could be a misaligned print roll or paper feed.

It's the signature titles. P#178 has them, P#187 doesn't. I'd say that's not enough to split on (given how long it took me to spot it) so would support the merger with appropriate comments on the difference.
