When adding a new coin, exonumia or banknote with Internet Explorer 11, the field "Issuing authority" is blank, doesn't load the list of issuers.

With Edge, Chrome and Firefox is fine.

I think nobody should use Internet Explorer anymore anyway ... it's an unsupported browser even Microsoft has given up on it.

Internet Explorer 11 is intended to be supported by Numista (with some degraded features).

Internet Explorer 11 will be retired by Microsoft on June 15, 2022. Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft apps already ended support on August 17, 2021. I don't think that putting effort in supporting IE11 is worthwhile.

Hello,
I fixed the issuer dropdown list in Internet Explorer 11.
Please don't expect Numista to be fully working with IE11 though.

Thank you, Xavier. I use IE because I have some automations in VBS that only work in that browser, for example to manage the dialogue to load photos (12 cliks automated to one click). I am testing (not in Numista) to move to java+selenium and getting rid of IE.

Now the issuers list is shown, but some other dropdown lists are not populated: rulers, currency and permitted web pages.

I felt it was important to fix the issuer dropdown list because the fix was easy and it also impacted the coin search.

I'm not able to reproduce the second issue you mentioned, and I don't wish to spend too much time on investigating issues with IE. I recommend you move to another solution with a more modern browser. I heard some people using iMacros.
