Hi.

I have a coin like this: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces318770.html

But the year is 1959, and it´s JOANNES XIII one.

This one it´s not listed at Numista.

Those coins are made of silver. My coin is made of brass, and It is pattern.
Yours is different (person and year) so you can just create a separate page with your coin details and submit.

But this type should be submitted to Exonumia, pattern and not in the main catalogue (Pius one has been moved accordingly).

I thought that patterns and trial strikes were to remain listed under the coin section. Has there been a change in policy?

I think the difference is between government issued patterns/provas and non-government issued tokens. The OP's coin is the latter. Government issued ones will remain in the coin catalog.
So far there is no evidence that these types are genuine/original patterns, so an exonumia for now. If evidence or documentation is found/ provided, we can check again.
