Malaysian Satu Ringgit [solved]

This banknote has puzzled me. There are differences between what is displayed on this site and what I have. Note the serial number is horizontal and not vertical, and it's black and not red in color. There are also more petals in the lower right on the obverse. Does anyone have more information they can share on this banknote?
