I own examples of both these notes, P#58a from 24/6/1993 and P#60. The only differences I can see (other than the printers' names) are that the portrait is a little more boldy printed on P#60 that on P#58a. However, this could easily fall within the normal variation of printing so, unless anyone can spot a more significant difference between the two, this has my vote.
