At the moment I'm seeing a lot of duplicated, or triplicated currency lists inside different issuers.
Such as Sierra Leone:

and many others, eg:
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/guinee-1.html
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/saint-marin-1.html
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/slovaquie-1.html
With the currency links taking you to different coins, very weird.
