Guessing the 8 on the second picture makes it 8 Reales denomination,
and the other side with the cross looks like this from Bolivia - but different size: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces61928.html

Thank you.. and what do you mean now? It is a real coin?
Unsure. Looks real. Hoping another member can identify.
The 8 Reales coins I have seen are larger. Also - to help us -
please make more pictures as those show as small size.
Hi altogether,
Looks not good to me, the coin is to little to be a 8 Reales cob (weight would be nice to know!), and has some odd features, specialy on the pillar side (a second "8" at the bottom right?). If the coin is a real one, its not Potosi (Bolivia) but Lima (Peru), because of the form of the waves beneath the pillars and the "L" at the top let (which should be repeated un the place of the second "8".
Lets see what other members say and lets see the weight!
Going with more time through a catalogue, it seems to be that your coin “wants to be” a 8 Escudos piece from Lima.
Escudos were gold coins, yours is perhaps silver. 8 Escudos should weight aprox 27 gr, yours is completely underweight inspite of beeing 26 or 27 mm.
The “second 8” which I told you didn't fit into an 8 Reales cob, is part of the date in a Escudo cob: most probably 1708, if you consider the H of the assayer which is very crear above on right
If your cob is a modern fake or one made in the 18th century, I can't tell.
