I need help to identify this token and the year . It is silver in color and it has the same image on both sides of the token.

Pour que l’on puisse aider il faut nous donner de quoi nous accrocher (poids, diamètre au minimum) et des photos nettes surtout si l’alphabet n’est pas commun comme ici.
