Unknown Arabic coin

Im stumped with this , i was hoping some of you might be able to help me please. Appears to have been holed which is now filled in.
weighs 6.9g with a diameter of 27mm

I agree, this is a strange item. The writing is not genuine Arabic (or any other language). Looks like a decorative, jewelry, fantasy piece. 

What if it's an actual coin but defaced on one side?

 

Since the reverse apparently have a real arabic script and the arabic numbers “55” near center, I had an idea to look on ottoman coins and found a compatible coin: N#19337.
