 There are some gaps in the KM numbers on here, so maybe it is one of those pages still to be created. 

It is (as you may know) the FIFA World Cup USA '94 Football coin with a Pyramid on obverse.

Why ‘but’? They exist in both finishes and the proof version is way more common.

A lot of people collect themed coins, I also count coins for the World Cup and this is one of them.
If it's not in the catalog yet, can I add it?

 Yes, in a Search (on here) for Egypt for 1994 there are 16 results. 

KM# 740, 748, 755, 760, 762, 763, 764, 778 

KM# 781, 783, 787, 790, 792, 838, 877, 971 

 So there are a lot of gaps.
