Found this possibly french coin in a flea market for 2€, not sure if I should buy it because I can't seem to identify it. Would appreciate any help on it.

It is a very cool French revolution piece for the price.

 

In the future please provide weight and diameter for easier identification.

Hopefully, the seller will have this coin next time I visit, because it is actually pretty interesting.
