Can a specimen issue be added for the year 1980 1 peso in Cuba?

I think it should be listed as: P# 102s4 - Specimen; overprint "ESPECIMEN" on each side.

Requested the change. There already is P# 102s4 though, I asked referee to check.

The year line is added, same as other I found.

On Comments section I added a note about the 4 variants of Specimen notes.

Just 10 options: you understand binary, or you don't.
