Search fails to find Unicode symbol ؋ in face value

Searching in Banknotes, or Banknotes face value, for “؋” (Afghani sign, U+60B) shows no results, but this page has the symbol:

(When search is fixed the page should be edited to remove the symbol as it doesn't meet the guidelines for face value.)

Correction: The general search fails to find the entry, but explicitly filtering by the face value field finds the match.

The same situation occurs for “৳” and probably many characters.
