French Notgeld needs a new section - as their placement under the French banknote section is a mess!

I agree entirely. While we're at it, can we please delete the “issuer” French Treasure Notes and integrate these issues back into their proper categories?

Yes, but the section exist. Everyone can request note move from issuer to issuer.

I tried doing that recently - but no luck, as they are still stuck under ‘France’ itself.

They are not stuck, referee must have reacted to the request somehow.
