Adding the ability to see other users' heatmaps/user statistics

One of my favourite features in the site, are the statistics in “My coins” section, especially the world map.

However, a user can only see the heatmap of their collection.

I believe that there should be a way to see the statistics of other users too (if they wish so).

It's that big of an issue, but it would be really nice if we had this ability.

That functionality isn't there yet, but if it would be, it should be dependent on the willingness of the user to share it with the entire community.

It should be the same as the other privacy option in this site (for example the “Who can see my collection statistics (number of coins, number of banknotes, number of pieces of exonumia, number of countries)?
” or  “Who can see the coins in my collection?” settings
 

I’m in favor of it only if we make it non visible by default and you would have to tick a box to say “Make my dashboard public“ to show your data.
