This is a suggestion to improve the search functionality by adding a “NOT” button where applicable. The dropdowns are good but sometimes not good enough for a couple use cases. For instance the composition field has a “Precious” and “Non Precious” filter. But in my case I would like to have a “Non gold” as these are out of my realm of possibilities. I can also see someone searching for “Non round” pieces or other shapes.
Would it be possible to add a “NOT” button in front of the applicable fields to negate the selected option besides? I envision something like this:
