Looks to be authentic and in good condition however the best way to confirm authenticity is to weigh it. Having said that, the 1921 Morgan dollar was the most numerous year minted of the type and there are a plentiful supply of them in excellent condition on the general market. Therefore they are considered a common date and not very valuable over melt.
