Just means hundred thousand yuan in Chinese (literally 10x10,000). But the biggest note in Krause of the 1965 series is 10 yuan.

十萬

Yes that's what all my research tells me as well but it looks real so it's a counterfeit or just a printed out bill then????

It seems to be a 冥币(Hell money) which resembles the 10-yuan note, as it says 天地银行(bank of heaven and hell)

Good pick up. It even says - Limited Company too 有限公司 😁

Thank you for your response so what does that mean then would it be highly collectable ?  cause I've seen other hell notes but none like this.
