Hello,
Why was this moved to the tokens section.

It was a non-circulating coin issued for Somaliland. It is not a token.

It is actually a token. It's a fantasy issue.
A fantasy issue is basically a "non-circulating" commemorative that is not legal tender in the country of issue. So in other words, it is a token.

Hello,
Then technically shouldn't all Somaliland Coins be considered "fantasy tokens" because Somaliland isn't an actual country. It is a unrecognised self-declared region of Somalia.

Not according to the catalogue they aren't.
I think it's because their coins are actually legal tender. I've seen a circulated Somaliland coin (the one with the elephant) so they're technically not tokens.
