Please add Aberystwith & Tregaron Bank to Wales. It is needed for notes such as this one.

I would strongly support the addition of  banknotes to Wales. There were a lot of private banks based in Wales which issued notes in the 19th and early 20th century.

I should have a couple of reference books  which include the Welsh note issues. 

I am away from my books currently, so can't check what I have, but I should have a list of all the known banks, which would be a useful starting point.
