Venezuela replacement banknotes

How did I know if a 2018 Venezuela banknote is a replacement or not? I have 2, 5, and 10 Bolivares banknotes, from 2018, but the pages for each on here don't really make clear the differences for each as to whether they are replacements or not ….

Older issues are printed with a letter Z, and current issues are printed with the letter X. Some recent issues are also printed with the letter Z as replacement note too. Any serial numbers with a letter Z in front or with a Z suffix could be considered as a replacement note.
