I cannot find this exact subtype in the Iger catalog.
Certainly it should be Bydgoszcz 1596.
For this date and mint, there are two main subtypes, and your coin is neither.
The first main subtype (Iger B.96.1) has a bust with the mostly the top surface of the collar showing, and legend SIG III (like yours). The reverse has two shields and two sets of initials (IF SC) at the bottom, and legend with REG POLON 96 or REG POLONI 96.
The second main subtype (Iger B.96.2) has a larger bust with the ruffled edge of the collar very prominent, and legend SIG III or SIGIS III. The reverse has three shields and three sets of initials (IF SC HR) like yours, but legend is commonly REG POLON 96 or REGN POLONI 96, both different from yours.
There is a third subtype, Iger B.96.3.g(?). I think the (?) in the catalog number indicates uncertainty if this is an authorized issue or a counterfeit.
Your reverse appears to be an exact die match for this type (image courtesy of WCN):

But your obverse is different (image courtesy of WCN).

Specifically, your obverse legend is SIG III D G RE POLO ( ) which is not seen on any version of the 1596 Bydgoscz trojak.
So we can match half of your coin to a known variety (or counterfeit), but not the other half.
