identification of an ancien german coin : Öttingen Pfennig - Ulrich von Flohburg (1423-1477) [solved]

Hello,

My name is Paul from Belgium.  Can you help me to identify this old coin?  It may be a coin from the German or Austrian states...  but I'm not sure…

The first face shows something like a shield :

The design on the second face is very used.  We can imagine a bishop (or knight) on the right holding a crozier (or sceptre) in the centre.  On the left a rose...

Weight: 0,4 grammes

side of the square : 13,5 mm

metal: silver

Thank you very much for your help.

Sincerely,

Paul

Reminds mo of the coat of arms of Öttingen

In fact my first photo is upside down : it's two roses with a “V” in the middle !  I put it correctly in the first message…

Thank you very much for the help !!!

Sincerely,

Paul
