Hi, I was wonder if anyone can help identify this coin / token for me ? Not sure where to start. Thanks

 

1) coin or token ?
2) medieval ?

3) country / area ?
 

size is between 21-22mm (not quite round !)

appears to be very thin and light (possibly tin or billon ?)

no visible year
