Help identify medieval token (Nuremberg - Fleur de lis 16-17th c) [solved]

Hi,

firstly, apologies for the lack of any clear details on the coins / tokens. I got this In a bulk lot and this is the best I could get it. Not much to go on, but hoping someone with a much keener eye than me can help me to identify ?

 

size approx 29mm

appears to be copper
