Is this NZ 20 cent normal circulation, or in a set?

I know it's this coin, N#2619

But I'm not sure if it's from the Small Change Smaller Change Set or it's just normal circulation.

It has a bit of a golden tint that I haven't seen before on a 20 cent.

Since it's not in the set anymore and looks circulated I don't think it matters how it started out in life, it's now a normal lowly Circulation coin.

The 2006 small-sized 10, 20, & 50 Cents were released into circulation in July 2006.

There was a period until the end of October 2006 in which both old & new coins circulated together.

After that, the old coins of 10, 20, & 50 Cents were pulled from circulation - along with the 5 Cents.

The coins of 1 Dollar & 2 Dollars were left alone - so you can still get ones dated 1990 turning up in change often.
