Adding a Coin

I may be a bit slow (!) but could someone please remind me how to add a coin to my collection? And is there a simple set of instructions for how to use Numista to tackle my collection? If not, could that be made front and centre? Thanks in advance

 Top right of this page is FAQ section. The answer is in there.

Look here;

You can find some answers in there.

Aidan.

Thanks Aidan. That was the first place I looked (waded through?) but I couldn’t find a very basic ‘how to’. Then I remembered about having to access it by way of selecting ‘my account’,  ’view my coins’- my coins’ etc etc. seems a bit convoluted.. I guess I’m just used to clear, easy to understand, easily identified up-front instructions. Maybe they could give some thought to that? Thanks anyway. Just thought, I’m doing this on an ipad so would that make a difference?

Did you look at this page, the first one in the “manage my collection” section in the FAQ : https://en.numista.com/help/how-can-i-register-my-collection-on-numista-1.html ?

Seems quite clear to me, but if you have suggestions to make it more straightforward, please shoot. We're all here to make the site better all the time :-)

No new swaps for the moment, still too many half-ongoing swaps to clean up!

There is nothing to wade through, just select a category, either by choosing in the drop-down next to the easy search or on hyperlinks on the bar below… coins, banknotes or exonumia, do a search, when you found your item open the page and add yours or if you have the ‘Fast collection input’ on add it directly in the search query.

The 'My stuff' is mostly to look at what you have and you can also fix that bar with the small thumb tack symbol at the right.
