Hi,

just wondering what the process is for asking for help identifying multiple coins. Do I create a post for each one, or include multiple pictures and details on one post ? i’m not looking at a large number, just maybe 3 or 4 …. Don’t want to swamp the notice board 😊

thanks

It would be best to put them in one post.

I love coins... almost as much as I love cats. :)

One post with individual pictures for each coin and as much information as possible.

Please read the forum policy before posting, and you would have known, the one per post is the rule (contrary to what the member skeletonwizard8 recommended).

We also need measures, weight, diameter, thickness and alloy, please

Be sure you already used the search image button if they are modern coins.

But if they are really hard to find and need some research, I would suggest a post for each one

Ok, thanks … I’ve used the picture search quite a bit with varying degrees of success . I only post when all other avenues have been tried. Just got some new gadgets to measure and weigh coins, so will have more to go on now 😀

thanks again,

cheers

That's the way to go, have fun with your new calipers, scales, magnifying glasses, magnets and macro lenses.
