Hey to all my fellow collectors!

 

I have a few questions about the purchase I made tonight.  Want to know if this coin would be considered a triple die obverse or a rotated in collar error.  Also if this is a discovery coin or has it been seen before.  I will be trying to add photos in a bit.  It wouldn't let me load them in this message.  There's going to be a couple photos with areas of interest.
