Help ID Token with Mercury/orb. Nuremberg 16th, 17th century? [solved]

Need help to id this one.
19mm, non precious 
Madonna at obverse, orb at reverse, that's all I could figure out.

Hi,
Now with it in hands It doesn't looks like a lion, but Mercury facing left
Also the inscription is “reversed”, the name of the engraver is at the obverse .
Like:
N#29218

What i could figure out is:


Can't read the reverse. looks like: ANFANG BEDENCK DAS ENDT

Didn't found one with Mercury facing left, only right…
 

 Ah, yes, now I see the portrait. Facing left with a winged helmet. 

 

 Lettering could be 

HANS SCHVLTES IN NVRMBERG // ANFANG BEDENCK DAS ENDT
