I'm not good on banknote values but maybe US $5 without the hole.  With the hole much less. See what others think.

I would say US$3-5 would be the most based on condition. The other 2 signature varieties would get you at least $10 even in that condition. Still, it is a note that you don't often see.

I usually don't give value for banknotes after 1960 under VF condition, but I agree with the last two opinions.
