Hello!
Does anyone has some info about this silver coin?
Thank you!

bonjour
estimation 20 euro environ …
Not a coin but a token related to a kind of trading union located in the town Orléans.
The date (1848) is usually the foundation of this union but the token could be younger. If there is any information on the edge then the period could be precised.
24 EURO chez cgb

et un peu plus chère que mon estimation chez SAIVE
I'm grateful for your inputs, however, the question that is still unanswered is - what was the purpose of this token?
This kind of token was used as a bonus for those who were attending the meetings.
Technically speaking:
Limited companies / corporations are owned by shareholders, bearing the legislative power. They gather once a year to approve the accounts. They elect some representatives, called non executive directors, seating at the Board of Directors.
Since the corp' need the presence of a certain number of shareholders to reach the necessary percentage of represented ownership, the custom is to award such kind of presence token in silver (10 to 15 grammes silver) to attendants.
Works as well with other bodies, like Bar Associations for the same goal.
Used time zone is UTC+2:00.
Current time is 09:12.
