Stamp album

Hi all,

I got a very old stamp album at an auction 2 years ago.

It is in need of some restoration.

The spine looks healthy - but the top & bottom hard cover have come loose.

any suggestions?

Should I just use cellotape and spoil the look or is there a better method?

Thanks for your advice.

Book bindery is still a skill out there, like coblery, tailoring and cheese making. If you like this book, it looks pretty fine from here, check the business directory for a proper help, and spend a few quid in to the real economy.

Happy to use professional help. Just don't want to be ripped off.

Surely.  Maybe local book sellers can recommend a book binder for you.
