Yeah, could well and truly be that. I remember when I was selling some of My high quality silver coins thru brought in a rule about sending silver :(

It all depends if Collecting is one of your Hobbies or not if its there to make a profit then it will be Expensive because you want to make a profit on the items you buy but if its your Hobby then you collect the coins you like and can afford its as simple as that.
