Not sure if this is affecting others, but I received some silver bullion coins from Royal Mint today and they are an utter disgrace. Large milk spots, scuffing, pitting, scratches, even dings around the rims - they look like second hand coins.
At first I thought the issues might be on the capsules, but on closer inspection - nope, the coins are terrible.
I wouldn't say I'm a stacker, but I have purchased a number of silver bullion coins in the past, and never had issues with the RM. So this came as a shock.
I've contacted their customer service, so we'll see what happens.
I had seen a number of YT videos recently that mentioned issues, but as I'd never had problems in the past I assumed they were unlucky, but I suspect this in a general RM issue with quality control - but perhaps confined to silver bullion coins.
Anyone else had issues?
